SCS SB 29 -- CANDIDATE WITHDRAWAL DEADLINES

This bill prohibits the time limits for candidate withdrawals
from elections being altered, set aside, or ignored by any court
within this state.  The intent of the legislature is that there
is no reason for not enforcing these limits.
